In 1938, in Stalin's Moscow, a disillusioned professor, Alexei, faces brutal interrogation by his former student, Vladimir, in Lubyanka Prison. Refusing to confess, he confronts his past sins and finds redemption through faith, sacrificing himself to save others in a haunting tale of morality and resistance.
