The tale of a struggling street performer, wandering the coastal streets of Galveston, Texas is unexpectedly approached by a mysterious figure who recruits him for a government experiment involving advanced, otherworldly technology. As the story unfolds, he must ultimately choose between his livelihood and his very survival.
